My name is John Masterson and I am the Founder and Managing Director of Sheehan Consulting, LLC. Creating this company has been the realization of a life-long dream.
Those that know me know that I have spent most of life serving the Catholic Church in many ways, shapes, and fashion. What they may not know, when I was not serving the church through different ministries, I spent significant professional time in the Oil and Gas Industry as a Human Relations General Manager and in Recruiting...And what I discovered is that I really love this.
My new mission is to bring people together that need each other. When a company has an opening, it is my goal to find the person that can not only do the job, but is the right fit for the culture. In turn I seek to offer an individual the opportunity to work in a place where their experience and knowledge is appreciated.
As we navigate these unprecedented times, it has been my privilege to assist those who have been laid off or furloughed in finding out what the next chapter looks like. We walk through what a good resume looks like, how to handle a job interview, career coaching, or simply just discuss what is going on with the current job market.
